Review: Lush Grease Lightning

Because I'm kind of a Lush junkie, around this time last year I made a large Lush order that has to be shipped all the way from the UK to Thailand. The shipping was insane too, it was probably like 1300 baht which is equivalent to 20 something pounds. (Crazy, I know) Grease Lightning is one of those products that you don't really think about when you go to Lush, because I personally always go for the colorful and exciting bath bombs and the bubble bars. But I gotta say this product works amazingly not only on zits and pimples but also on your oily areas around the T-zone.

Basically, it is a clear anti-bacterial gel that gets rid of all of the bacterias on your zits. A big plus for me is that Grease Lightning has aloe vera to also soothe the pimples, and it does not irritate my skin at all. (unlike the benzoyl peroxide stuff that leaves you with a dry patch of skin afterwards)

HOWEVER, if you look at the ingredient list, this product does have methylparaben, so if you only use paraben-free products, this is definitely not for you.

Personally, this product works wonders for my skin. The tea tree scent is very soothing when I put this on before bed.

Give this a try if you haven't already! It's only £5.65 and it's so worth it!

Bangkok Madness

One of the many reasons why I would hate to live in Bangkok.

When Topshop's having a sale, I'm pretty much in heaven.

Review: Dior Amber Diamond

Product rave time! I bought Dior Amber Diamond right after I graduated 'cause I wanted treat myself with a luxury product. I've been hearing all the hype on youtube about it and I gotta say that it is really worth it!

I've been eying this for about a year now and finally I caved :)
Dior Amber Diamond comes with the little pouch that catches all of the dust in my bag.
But isn't the Dior packaging just the best thing in the entire WORLD?
Ah, love at first sight.

 (natural light)

Even though this is a "natural" highlighter, you can still go overboard with it. Just use a light hand and it'll give you the healthiest glow on the face. It works on my light and yellowish skin tone and I believe it would work on most skin tones because the color payoff isn't too pigmented.

I bought this in Thailand and it costed me 1700 baht.

Hop over here to see how Tanya from Pixi2woo uses Dior Amber Diamond to create the Miranda Kerr look :)

Trip to Huahin

These photos pretty much sum up this past week. I can't believe it's already been a month since I graduated from high school. It's insane.

This week we went to Bangkok then Huahin. The beach was awesome until I saw this crazy yellow sign with jellyfish on it that said "SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK". So I was like oh heeells no and I just went swimming in the hotel swimming pool instead lol.

Cake batter & cotton candy ice cream + white chocolate chips + blueberries = heavenly goodness
